I'm lucky enough to live in one of the best cities in the world, even though it may be falling apart. Montreal is my inspiration for this ring, made of a single piece of walnut in the bentwood fashion with a maple lining on the inside and an inlay of crushed concrete taken from the buildings that are crumbling around me.

Bentwood rings are made by steaming and bending a single piece of wood around itself, producing not only a strong and beautiful ring that will last a lifetime but leaving little to no waste behind in the process. All of my woods are sustainably sourced and domestic woods come from as close to home as possible.

This ring can also be made with any other wood I have in stock, with crushed brick, concrete, or anything else you can think of. To see the woods I have in stock, please have a look at the Bentwood Rings section of my shop:

**********SIZING**********

I can make these rings in any size from from 3-16 and in just about any width over 5mm.

Please be 100% sure of your size before ordering, these rings take a very long time to make and I almost never get the same order twice so I will not be able to exchange rings if the wrong size is ordered. I highly recommend getting sized at a jeweller, maybe even two to be on the safe side.

**********CARE & MAINTENANCE**********

Wood is a natural material so keep in mind that no two rings will look the same, each having its own unique beauty. Bentwood rings are just about the strongest wood rings available and I use an extremely tough CA finish on mine. With some basic care and protection, these rings should last a lifetime. Please note, while the CA finish is technically waterproof, I still advise taking these rings off before washing your hands just to be on the safe side.

**********PROCESSING TIME**********

All of my rings are made to order and the current turnaround time can be found in my shop announcements.

www.etsy.com/shop/Ebeniste

I recommend ordering rings AT LEAST 6 weeks in advance for the USA and Canada and 8 weeks for anywhere else as they do take a long time to make and shipping from Canada can be slow at times.

Express shipping is available so if you're in a rush just let me know and we may be able to arrange something.

**********INSCRIPTIONS**********

This ring can be personalized with an inscription of up to 15 characters (less in some cases for smaller rings.) Burnt inscriptions are available for purchase through the following listing:

**********SHIPPING**********

I ship through Canada Post in a padded envelope with insurance. Tracking is included for the USA and Canada and is available for purchase for all other countries.

To my fellow Canadians: The Taxman requires me to collect GST/HST on all sales, the corresponding amount will be added upon checkout.
