FACT: I stumbled across this beautiful accordian at an estate sale and had to have it. It's so beautiful that I wish I played. Made in Italy, mid century, for Petosa of Seattle, a company well known for their fine instruments. This instrument is in good working order.
The carrying case is in excellent condition, and the bakelite handle still holds Debra Lyman's name tag.
I hear that accordians are making a comeback with the hipster crowd.

FICTION: Jerry found Debra to be somewhat boring and nondescript, but when she climbed up on the stage and struggled to strap on her 40 lb. Accordian, he gained some respect. Then when the polka music began to flow, he fell hopelessly in love.
