Wonderful Art Deco era 32 page booklet of instructions for various sewing techniques including smocking, tapestry, applique, punchwork embroidery and faggoting.

Most of the beautiful illustrations relate to Semco patterns that would have been purchased separately but there are still many pages of instructions about specific stitches and techniques.
Gorgeous Art Deco style illustrations of women and girls that would be great for use in art projects.

Published in Australia by Semco, circa 1920s - 1930s.
Measures 5 x 7 1/4 inches.

The cover has quite a bit of wear and tear, particularly along spine. All pages intact with no annotations. Staples are rusted.
