THE PRODUCT

Our original master artwork was hand-painted and digitally scanned, using a method that allows us to alter the position of the planets and align them to any given date using data available from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Our artwork comes on thick, textured 200gsm matte art paper, using archival inks that won’t fade for an artwork of exceptional quality.

We work with printing partners worldwide, reducing shipping distances and minimizing our carbon impact!

IS IT ACCURATE

Firstly, we should be clear - our prints are not to scale! That would be practically impossible - If you reduced the Sun to the size of a golf ball, Pluto would be a spec of dust 172 meters away!

To create a beautiful picture, we've reduced the planets orbits to equidistant concentric circles.

The accuracy of our print lies in each planet's angle relative to the Sun on your chosen date, calculated using data from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Our portrait print comes in two sizes:

Small - 12x16” (30x40cm in UK & EU)
Large - 20x28” (50x70cm in UK & EU)

FRAMING

We can provide our prints framed for an additional cost. Our frames are a classic clean style, available in black, white or natural wood.
