DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All patterns will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and are placed in a light cardboard or bubble mailer for added protection.

All sewing notions and fabrics less than 16 ounces will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and Priority Mail if they exceed 16 ounces.

If you purchase multiple items from our store, we will refund you any shipping overages totaling over $1.00USD. Combined items normally weigh less than is automatically calculated as only one outer packaging weight will apply to all. If your combined weight is less than 16oz, we will automatically ship you via First Class and refund you the Priority Mail price the system defaulted to. If you prefer to keep your package Priority Mail, please inform us at checkout.

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time averages between 3-7 business days for First Class packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs.

USPS First Class International is used for international shipping. Please be aware that this service may not include tracking and does not include insurance. If you want your order to be delivered faster or want to add guaranteed tracking to your order, please contact us for estimated delivery costs.

The transit time for First Class International averages about 6-14 days, but can take longer depending on location. We have no control over how long something can get caught up in customs, the only way to ensure quick delivery is to purchase Priority shipping.

PROTECT YOUR SHIPMENT WITH SHIPPING INSURANCE

We encourage purchasing affordable Shipping Insurance for all orders being mailed via USPS First Class. Priority Mail orders already has $50 insurance included in the cost. If your Priority Mail order is valued more than $50 (your item plus the shipping cost), additional insurance may be purchased.

If you have not received your item because USPS declares it lost (after 30 days for 1st Class Mail) or damaged, and have purchased insurance, please contact us so we may file a claim for your refund. If your package shows “Delivered” in the USPS system, please contact USPS directly (1-800-275-8777) to open a case. USPS now uses GPS tracking on their scanners so your local Post Office will be able to see where the delivery was scanned and will follow up with your mail carrier. Please also check with family members who may have picked up your package and not informed you and/or check with your neighbors who may have received your package by mail carrier error. We sincerely apologize but Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Please consider sending your packages to a different location or PO box if your residence/mailbox is not highly secure, especially in the case of a shared mail area such as an apartment building.

All packages we receive as Returned Mail due to the wrong home address being registered with Etsy will be relisted and available for re-purchase. You will be refunded for the price of the item only and not the shipping cost, so please make sure your address is up-to-date! Thank you.
