Ready July 24th! Preserved Lemons are the Secret Ingredient in many Moroccan and Middle Eastern dishes. With their bright flavor, preserved lemons add mild zing to countless foods.

Use 1-2 tablespoons at the end of cooking in the following dishes:

* Tagines • Salad dressings • Aioli Marinades • Couscous & Quinoa, Grains • Tapenade • Fish Soup • Sauteed Spinach • Spread on Fish or Chicken before grilling.

* Comes with instructions. Store in refrigerator. Refrigerated it can last years (because it's preserved)..

* Contents: (2) Preserved Meyer Lemons, Kosher Salt, Coriander Seeds, Cinnamon stick, Bay Leaf and organic lemon juice.

* Re-useable Mason Jar.

TO USE:

Remove quartered lemon from the liquid and rinse to remove excess salt. Split in half or just use one quarter and scrape out the pulp. Slice the lemon peel into thin strips or small dices.
