♥U.S. Shipping♥
All U.S. orders are shipping by USPS Priority mail with tracking for the holidays, unless you have upgraded to a faster shipping method. You will receive an email notification from Etsy when your package ships, your tracking information will be in that notification. You can also find tracking information on Etsy via "Your Account" then "Purchases".

♥Local pick up from Tempe, AZ location♥
If you live in the Phoenix area and would like to pick up your order from our shop please email us to make an appointment.

♥International Shipping♥
International orders will ship via USPS First Class International mail and can range anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks of shipping time depending on your location and customs. You will receive an email notification from Etsy when your package ships, your tracking information will be in that notification. You can also find tracking information on Etsy via "Your Account" then "Purchases".

We cannot control international mail. We strongly recommend non-US buyers to upgrading to Priority shipping for faster and more secure shipments.

Italy- All shipments to Italy are shipped via Priority mail, the price is already figured in at checkout. It is the only USPS shipment method permitted for your country.

United Arab Emirates- We must have a P.O. box number to ship to you, without a P.O. box number your parcel cannot reach you. We will cancel your order if we are not provided with a P.O. box address.

♥International Shipment tracking♥
Not all countries provide tracking. Tracking is included for First Class Package International Service, and Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope for these countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland

♥Incorrect Address♥
Please double check your address. If you notice that you've provided us with an incorrect mailing address, please notify us immediately. We cannot remake and reship items that were shipped to an incorrect address that you provided us with. If your item is returned in the mail to us then we will happily forward it on to the correct address.

♥Customs/VAT Fees for non U.S. Buyers♥
International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country. If you are living in the UK it is VERY likely that you will have fees to pay, we cannot and will not reimburse you for these fees.They are a tax imposed by your country and have nothing to do with our shipping methods.

♥Lost packages♥
The USPS does make mistakes from time to time, they're human just like us :)
The USPS does not consider a package lost until 30 days have passed for U.S. buyers and 6 weeks for International buyers. If the amount of time stated above has passed and your package has been deemed lost by the USPS please contact us, we will be happy to send a replacement to you.

If your tracking has stopped, or your item says delivered but has not been please contact your local U.S. Post Office and provide them with your tracking number. They will be much more helpful than we will be, as they were the last ones to see your package :)

♥Care♥
All of our jewelry are handmade pieces of wearable art, be nice to them :) They are not intended for: swimming, showering/hand washing , exercising in, or sleeping in. Care cards are included with each purchase.

Aluminum:
Aluminum will never tarnish and will stay effortlessly shiny. To clean aluminum use a gentle soap and warm water, but try to avoid the darkened in areas as they can fade with repeated abrasives. You can also use a polishing pad, polishing pads can be found at most jewelry or hobby shops. Aluminum is a very soft metal, and can acquire scratches easily so be gentle with it. Aluminum bracelets should be rolled over the wrist not opened and closed, repeated bending may damage the metal.

Sterling Silver:
Sterling silver can tarnish over time if left out. Please keep silver pieces in a baggy while not being worn, it will help slow tarnish. Polishing pads for silver can be purchased at most jewelry or hobby shops to give your silver a quick shine.

We use .925 sterling silver. Pure silver is too soft and can easily scratch and become damaged, so it is alloyed with copper to make Sterling Silver (92.5% silver+7.5% copper). This is how we get the mark 925 for sterling silver. 2-3% of the population have skin reactions to .925 silver that can cause skin discoloration. It is rare, but possible. Applying a thin coating of clear finger nail polish can help prevent this.

Brass and Copper:
These metals come with a protective coating over them to prevent tarnish and/or skin discoloration. They will not last forever but will help to slow the process. You can request to not have this protective coating applied to your piece at checkout.

Both of these metals, especially copper, have the ability to turn the skin green. It's not a quality issue it's a science issue, it's just what they do. How much skin discoloration depends a lot on your personal body ph. If your piece causes skin discoloration you can apply a layer of clear nail polish to help prevent it. The discoloration is safe, completely harmless and will fade over time.

♥Custom Requests♥
We have had the pleasure of creating several custom pieces for Etsy buyers with very positive results and happy customers. Some custom pieces will require an initial cost if any of the following will be necessary to complete your custom piece: creating sketches, scanning and emailing sketches to you, making trips to purchase materials not normally kept in my studio, or phone meetings.

If you decide to work with Zenned Out on a custom piece Zenned Out reserves the right to use any ideas from the creation of the custom piece in the future. We also reserve the right to photograph any custom pieces created by Zenned Out for you and use those photos in the future.
