This is a vase made in the 1970s by East German manufacturer VEB Haldensleben, in a very interesting combination of glazes: the bottom is partially covered with a matte bubbling gray glaze, then there is a zig-zag line in dark green degrading into the bright yellow glaze of the upper portion with shades of turquoise.

The vase is in excellent conditions and measures ca 9" (22,5cm) high.

It still bears the paper label at the bottom "VEB Keramike Werke Haldensleben" and it is marked "4070/B Made in GDR"
