An all-natural exfoliant -- that comes from volcanoes! It's volcanic ash that solidifies while still full of gas bubbles. Sounds uncomfortable. Pumice is abrasive yet soft. Many people prefer it's "scrub" feel over using a loufa. I use pumice in soaps. Many people use it in scrubs. An extremely quick and easy recipe: mix 1-1/4 cup soap flakes with 2 tablespoons borax and 1 tablespoon pumice. Or even easier, mix 1 teaspoon pumice with 1/2 cup liquid soap. That's it! Or try it with some olive oil for a very moisturizing scrub. Lots of possibilities. This 3 ounce bag is half-way between 1/4 and 1/2 cup.

Available in fine or extra fine. The extra fine is more like a rough clay; very fine powder but with some claws. People with more sensitive skin often use the extra fine. Extra fine photo is last.
