Title: Autoguard

Date taken: 2012

Where: North Carolina Transportation Museum, Spencer, North Carolina

Industrial--Photograph of a line of auto-carrying train cars.

Description: The North Carolina Transportation Museum was a treasure trove of photographic subject matter for me. Industrial decay at its finest. What better than old railroad paraphernalia, locomotives and train cars which show their age. Though the museum does a wonderful job of maintaining all the displays, you can really get a sense of the history and the purpose that these massive beasts served during America's Industrial Revolution.

Size: Printed on 8.5"x11" stock, image has white borders to maintain proper ratios and is therefore slightly smaller. ALSO AVAILABLE IN OTHER SIZES, UP TO 17X22, please email me if interested.

Technical stuff: The photo is printed by a professional Epson Stylus 4900 photo printer on Exhibition Fiber Paper with a slight gloss finish. Archival quality inks are used for a manufacturer's suggested life-span of 200 years.
