Returns and exchange details

Your satisfaction is our top priority!! Refund or exchange on items purchased is allowed within two weeks (10 business days) of the purchase date. We do not allow refunds or exchanges after 1 month of the purchase date. Under all circumstances, the items must be returned unused and with the original packaging. The customer remains responsible for all shipping costs in the event of exchange or return. and must send items using a trackable shipping method. Ring is darling and looks exactly like the pictures!! I bought 2 so I could wear them together - love the look. Rings took a long time to get here - 3 weeks from Israel - just so you know to be patient - not a big deal. I got tracking info after I asked for it. Note that the ring band is not a full finger wrap, it is open in the back and I'm a little worried it can catch on things and come off too easily and I could lose it. I attached a picture of it on my size 9 finger. Not sure how it would work on larger fingers. Overall the ring is very cool and I am pleased.
