I'm interested in purchasing more than one item, do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, if multiple items are purchased in one day we will gladly combine the shipping to reduce cost wherever feasible. Since we do not know what the shipping will cost will be until the full order is packed, we ask Etsy Users to purchase their items and we refund any overages as soon as the items are packed and the shipping label(s) is (are) purchased - items are packed the same or next day.

Can you ship outside of the United States?

Some of our items are available for international shipping in select markets. Please send us a message if you are interested in international shipping to a market not noted in the listing or if the item offers domestic shipping only.

Why do you have a "no returns' policy?

We do not accept returns as all of our items are preowned and therefore subject to wear and tear and other imperfections from age and/or use. We do our best to document all imperfections and/or damage in the “condition” report in our listings as well as in photos. We encourage customers to carefully review the full listing including examining all the photos and make any inquiries you may have prior to purchase, We want you to love your purchase so we are happy to provide any additional information or photos to help you make an informed buying decision.

I live in or around Gainesville, Virginia, can I pick up my item and save on shipping?

We do not have a physical store; however, for large, heavy, extremely delicate, or otherwise expensive to ship items we would be pleased to meet in a public place to hand deliver your order. Please message us prior to purchasing so we can remove the shipping charge. Items must be purchased and paid through the Etsy platform prior to meeting to deliver an order (we do not accept cash or conduct any transactions outside of Etsy). At the meet we will ask you to sign a packing slip or invoice indicating the item has been received and that it is as described in the listing. Please bring a copy of the invoice and a piece of photo identification.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

Buyer must provide photos of damage that occurred during shipping, the box & packaging within 2 days of delivery. For orders that are shipped with insurance and arrive damaged during shipping, we assist Etsy users with filing insurance claims. Insurance companies request that the damaged item, box and all packing materials be retained for the duration of the claim. The Etsy user may also be requested to present the item and the packaging for inspection at a local carrier's office if requested by the insurer to process the claim. Once the claim is approved by the insurer we will process a full or partial refund to the buyer, depending on the damage that occurred.
