♛The Details

Cute little frock with a Made in Paris label and a designer name on a satin label that is written in such crazy script, I can't make it out. It's cotton with a simple, timeless fit and flare silhouette; bodice buttons in front with self-fabric buttons, and the deeply notched collar is echoed in back. Probably 1990s, judging by the "babydoll" length. The colors are ecru, pale blue, navy, and mustard. And the print looks like love letters and pressed flowers stored in a scrapbook. Sah-weet!

All accessories (belts, jewelry, crinolines, pins, etc.) are for style inspiration only unless indicated.

♛The Measurements

About a modern size M
Bust (underarm to underarm, measured flat then doubled): to 37"
Waist: 29" and has belt loops to add a belt and nip smaller
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist seam: 16 1/4"
Waist seam to hem: 21 1/2"

♛The Condition

Excellent vintage shape with no flaws or issues that I could find. No belt was found with dress. Crisp and clean.

Frequently asked questions about jumblelaya

Sorry, each garment in our shop is authentic vintage, dating from between 20 to 80 years old. We generally only have the one piece shown. We do not sew these items ourselves.

If you love it and it fits, consider buying it, since it's unlikely you'll find it again easily.
If it's older than, say, 1964 OR if you feel it fits our shop's aesthetic, absolutely! We pay fairly, generally 1/3 of retail, sometimes even more. Shoot us a note or set up an appointment to sell if you are in the Portland, OR metroplex!
Sure do! Convo us for an info sheet about it.
We do not have a brick-and-mortar shop, but we do have a private studio located on the banks of the Columbia River, directly across the river from Portland, OR. We offer LIMITED appointments currently, due to time constraints. But if you are serious about a piece or pieces you see, let us know and we'll set something up. Shop inventory is generally not kept in the studio, so you'll need to let us know ahead of time which garments you'd like to see in person.
