For your consideration is a cobalt blue, Aynsley cup & saucer that is very collectable and in wonderful vintage condition. So please excuse the shadows and the white glare from my camera! It features a clipper ship that is hand painted by the artist, D Jones. A very popular and collectible artist of the times. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.

Teacup measures 4"W x 2 1/4"H and the saucer measures 5 3/4"D.

Please keep in mind that this is a vintage item and not brand new. Therefore, there might be some imperfections and that is normal for vintage items. I will mention anything major. With all that said, please look at all the pics because they are part of my description.

Frequently asked questions about dwnmemorylnantiques

Yes. I will only gift wrap powder compacts and purses. Please let me know what the occasion is so I can select the right wrapping paper.
Please be careful when you remove the bubble wrap from your cup & saucer set! This is so not to break the delicate handle.
NEVER immerse your compact in water. Clean the outside with a damp cloth. DO NOT scratch off labels and residue from your compact! Use a drop of goo gone spray gel to remove it. DO NOT let the gel drip down when removing labels and residue from the mirror!
To clean the inside powder bed, remove any powder residue with either a dry Q-tip or a very soft toothbrush. DO NOT wet the powder bed!
Clean the mirror with any type of glass cleaner. Spray a little on a cloth and not directly onto the mirror. This will prevent getting anything behind the mirror, which could loosen it, as well as, ruin the reflective coating.
