Digital Download means that you'll get digital printable files you can print yourself or have printed. No physical photos will be sent. You can print your digital files at your convenience, and as many times as you want! There are no shipping expenses, no worrying about anything getting damaged or lost in the mail. You can choose to print at a one hour photo center if you're in a hurry, print at home or even a professional photo lab on the type of material you want.

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

You'll also get a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

Yes! To access your digital files, go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.

To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file after the purchase you need to open etsy.com directly. Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile via any internet browser (like Safari, Crome or similar) or a non-mobile computer. Do not use the Etsy app. It does not support direct digital downloads for mobile phones. Otherwise, SEND ME A CONVO if you want the files for your MOBILE DEVICE. I can send you a direct link via Messages or Email.

Unfortunately, yes. Our shop is based in the country where Etsy Payments are still not available. Therefore the only option available for us on Etsy is PayPal.

After purchase you'll get the download link to your pictures in zip archives. You need to unzip all the contents of the zipped files to get your images.
