What is your merchandise made from?

All of our handmade merchandise, tombstones, cemetery entrances, etc... are all handmade from EPS Sytrofoam or Polystrene, or a combination of the two. We do not use wood in any of our merchandise.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we do custom work, check out our FB page at: Halloween Trickery to see some of the custom work we have done before. We also personalize tombstones but we do charge an upcharge fee for that. We also carry tombstones that are already personalized and give you a place for you to enter your information.

Wholesale availability

At this time we don't offer wholesale on our merchandise but do offer a discount on large orders if they are not custom work but existing items we already make. Custom work is merchandise we haven't made before so therefore it can take longer to produce so we don't offer discounts on these items.

Do you acccept refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Our merchandise is made to order, which means we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, returns or do refunds, once we receive payment of your item we order all the items necessary to complete the production phase. Each one of our handmade items has the sizing listed in the description, please contact us first before placing an order if you have any questions, we are happy to help. In case of an item damaged in shipping or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away to let us know. For damaged merchandise we will need clear photos of the packaging and damage to item to file a claim. If you received the wrong item by mistake, please send us a photo of the item you did receive so that we can ship the correct item to you.
