If you are looking to feature your wedding venue either beautifully hand-painted or expertly line drawn on your save the dates, wedding invitations, or party invites, then you have come to the right place. We can put any of our already illustrated venues on any save the date or invitation layout, personalize it just for you by adding a photo to the back, or even create a new illustration if we don't already have your venue done.

*$2 SAMPLES*
The $2 samples are generic paper samples for you to SEE PRINT and PAPER QUALITY and may differ from image shown as they will be pulled from already printed stock. Samples are NOT CUSTOMIZABLE. If you would like to see a sample of something specific (torn edge, color envelope, envelope liner, address printing, etc.) be sure to let me know when you place the order otherwise only a standard sample with a white envelope will be included. Samples are mailed with "sample" written over the venue image and are shipped USPS first class mail and do not include proper tracking. Samples usually deliver in 1-2 weeks. If you need it sooner, please let me know and we can ship it priority for an additional $9.

Details I'll need for your proofs:

1. Font style and color choice - send us a screenshot of the listing that shows the font you like best and let us know if you have a preferred color choice for the text
2. Names of couple
3. Wedding date
4. Ceremony location (city and state)
5. Wedding website, if you have one

PROOFS:
Proofs will be sent through Etsy message, usually within 5 business days from when the purchase is made and all information is received (usually 2 business days). Unless otherwise requested by you, the proofs will be designed to match the FIRST LISTING IMAGE. Major layout and design changes after the first proofs have been sent may result in an extra design fee. I will make as many edits and tweaks as needed until you think they are perfect and approve them to print, however only the first 3 rounds of proofs are included with the purchase, so be as specific and as thorough as possible with each request for revisions. Additional proofs will be $15 per card.

*PROOFING NOTE*
All proofs will include an 1/8” bleed along all edges that will be trimmed off after printing. Customer is responsible for proof reading all text to ensure there are no typos. REVIEW YOUR PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY! We recommend you have at least one other person review the information for you. The graphic editing software used to create these cards does not have spell check and typos can occur. HALOdesignsSHOP will not be responsible for any printed typos that are on final proofs approved by customers, regardless of where the typo originated. Reprints for typos and mistakes on approved items will be subject to reprint fees.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Standard prints typically ship 1 week FROM PROOF APPROVAL with USPS ground and includes tracking. Some upgrades/add-ons take additional processing time (like double thick, hand-torn edges, letterpress, address printing, etc.). Be sure you have all your details confirmed and ready when you place an order.

If you need something rushed, I would love to accommodate the request. I offer Rush Processing ($100) so your order moves to the top of my queue for next day proofs. Then, once approved, it moves to the top of my print and assembly queue for faster processing. Rush orders typically ship within a week of proof approval.

Separate rush fees apply to any requested new art ($50), such as a new venue illustration, to jump the queue with my artists. Space for rush art is very limited so please inquire for availability. Please message me to let me know all the items you want, including any upgrades, and your need-by date so I can confirm I can meet your deadlines.

Due to Etsy’s limited ordering menu options, invitations with upgrades and/or add-ons may only be purchased through https://www.halodesignshop.com. Below is the price list for various upgrades. Due to it’s overwhelming popularity and elevation of an invitation suite, please note that all invitation packages on the other website already include your choice of color envelope.

PRINTED ADDRESSES – Save yourself the hassle and time of hand-addressing your invitations and let us print them for you for a beautiful presentation in fonts coordinating with your suite.

Return & Guest addressing:
$20 set-up + $1ea (black ink)
$20 set-up + $2ea (white ink)

*Guest addresses must be entered into our address template for accurate printing.

Please make sure your address list is proofread and complete before sending it to us. Any reprints or additions later will be subject to our minimums.

COLORED ENVELOPES – My favorite way to elevate an invitation suite. Plus it helps them stand out in a stack of mail! Basic white square flap envelopes are included unless upgraded.

TORN EDGES – +$1.50ea
Make your invitation suite unique with the deckle edge look. Each card is torn by hand and is a real labor of love that is sure to wow each guest.

DOUBLE THICK – +$1.50ea
Make your invites stand out with 240lb coverstock, a thickness that will surely impress. We do not print on the backs of the double thick coverstock.

LETTERPRESS – price based on quantity, please inquire for quote.

ADD A COLOR LAYER – +$2ea
This is another great way to elevate your save the date and make it extra thick and stand out with a color border
(glitter layer +$2.20ea | real wood layer +$2.50ea)

ENVELOPE LINERS
Assembled Liners: $1.50ea
DIY (cut liners for you to then insert and glue yourself): $1 each
(glitter liner +$0.20ea | real wood liner +$0.50 more)

All liners have a $40 minimum and prices do not include new designs or venue licensing.

WAX SEALS
Self-adhering wax seal: $1.60 each
Minimum 50 | order in multiples of 10. (Reorders also subject to 50 minimum.)
Wax seals come with professional grade adhesive for a super strong hold.
If you would like a light hold for re-sealable items (like vellum wraps) be sure to let us know. Light hold adhesive is +$0.25 each.

TERMS
• All items are DIY assembly unless otherwise stated and invoiced.
• No digital files are provided and all proofs will be watermarked.
• HALOdesignSHOP reserves the right to use photos of your final stationery prints for promotional purposes.
• Due to the extensive time and care we have taken to source fonts, and since they are a key element of our designs, we do not give out the names of our fonts.
• All items are shipped ground unless upgraded. HALOdesignsSHOP cannot be responsible for late deliveries caused by delays with the shipping carrier.
• In the unfortunate case that reprints are needed for some reason (like changed details or a missed typo), reprints will be billed at our cost; roughly 50% of original price for that item. Reprints will be done at our expense IF the prints somehow to not match the approved proofs or were damaged in transit. Damaged items and original shipping box must be returned (so I can file the insurance claim) in order to receive reprints at no charge.
