Cleaning Acrylic: Wash with a mild soap or detergent and lukewarm water. Use a clean, soft cloth or sponge. Rinse well and blot dry with a damp cloth or chamois. "Never use abrasive cleaners, household cleaners, window-cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths, or strong solvents such as alcohol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, etc." To maintain the brilliant luster of acrylic, wax occasionally with a quality grade of automobile paste wax (NOT A CLEANER WAX COMBINATION.) Apply a thin coat with a clean, cotton flannel cloth. Then wipe with a clean damp cloth. NEVER USE HOUSEHOLD SPRAY WAXES.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

What are your business hours?

We typically are in operation Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM (Mountain Standard Time) We operate out of Idaho, United States.

Do you use real elements and are they safe?

We are one of the only manufacturers who uses real elements in our Periodic table displays and element cubes. We source then prepare all the elements by hand in our small shop and work closely with an acrylic manufacturer in the United States. This ensures the Highest quality. Safety: Because all of our elements are genuine there are certain items like our uranium cube that emit low levels of radiation. The radiation coming off of it decays exponentially to the distance that you are from it. Only a few inches or centimeters away the radiation drops to zero. Even if you were to carry it in your pocket for a full year 24/7 you still would not meet the dose of radiation that a simple medical scan would give you.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. Exceptions to this would be if the wrong item was sent to you, In this case we would be happy to exchange that item for you.
