Tepis and Kuripes are sacred tools used during individual or collective rituals or ceremonies to administer the powerful medicine from mother nature, Hapeh🌿

Our set of Tepi & Kuripe, both for double nostril, is made entirely of Chonta Wood.
The tepi applicator is decorated with a Peruvian turquoise stone and an Aya vine piece, and the Kuripe -besides displaying a Peruvian turquoise stone- bears also a Tiger Eye piece and a Clear Quartz.
These ceremonial tools display a compact design and have been handcrafted by artisans from the Sacred Valley (Cusco), thus bearing the beautiful and mystical energy from the Apus 🏔️

- The regular shipping time is 10-20 days from the shipping date. However, sometimes shipping takes longer due to the specific transit time set by each country's postal service, as well as for each country's customs procedures.

🔄 RETURN - EXCHANGE - FAILED DELIVERY

• Returns:
- Buyers are responsible for:
-> return shipping costs, and
-> any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
- Buyers are required to provide shipping information of the item to be returned, such as the name of the Shipping Company used, the shipping tracking number, and the estimated or expected delivery date.
- Buyers, please take into account the following:
-> Original shipping cost shall be discounted from the total refund payment. • Exchanges:

• Failed Delivery:
Please be aware that sometimes items are returned to Kawsay Cacao due to failed delivery for different reasons such as "unclaimed", "addressee not available at the time of delivery", "addressee not found", "failed delivery attempt", "unsuccessful delivery", “refused”, “refused by addressee”, among others. If so, we kindly ask you to understand that these events are out of our hands since it's impossible for us to control how the postal services of the different countries we ship our items work. However, thinking of a feasible solution from our side, we offer our customers any of these two options:
a) We may ship again the item provided that buyers assume the total cost of the item's new shipping:
- once the returned item has been delivered to the seller in its original condition, and
- only if, after the item's inspection, the item is not defective or has no damages or, in default, upon confirmation of the item's original condition by the seller.
b) We may refund the item amount but will deduct the actual and total initial item's shipping cost which appears in Peruvian Soles (PEN S/) in the Peruvian Postal Service (Serpost) shipping ticket (and NOT in the customer's order), the PEN amount will be converted to the type of currency used in the order, according to the daily exchange rate:
