How quickly will my order ship?

All orders ship out 3-5 business days after they are placed. If you ever need an item by a certain date, please contact us, ahead of time and we will see what we can do for you. PLEASE contact us BEFORE purchasing.

Does Witchwood Bags ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over! Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to China, Germany, Italy or Spain.

What is Witchwood Bags’ return policy?

We hope that everyone is absolutely in love with their Witchwood purchase, which is why we always offer returns FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, for any reason (with a few exceptions). All we ask is that we are contacted before returning, for a return authorization. We must be contacted about a return within 48 hrs of delivery, and the item must be shipped backed with tracking, within 3 days of delivery. The item must come back to us unused, and in the same condition that it was sent out in, or we will not issue a refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items (or items purchased with a coupon code), Custom Orders, & Hats/Berets/Earrings can not be returned (for hygienic reasons). Thank you for understanding. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Witchwood Bags purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right. We are not responsible for and can not be held liable for packages after they are marked delivered by USPS.

Items returned to us without return authorization or refused packages

Any item returned to us, without our return authorization, for any reason (not paying customs fees, not picking up at post office, refused packages etc) will be relisted in our shop after 24 hours, and your payment forfeited. If you would like your item resent please contact us before the 24 hours and we will send you an invoice for shipping. We do not refund unauthorized returns/refused packages. You can ask for them to be reshipped again, but will need to pay for shipping again.
