Sure, please indicate your request in a message to the seller. We will design a prototype and send it for your approval. We expect you to approve the design within 24 hours.

If I order multiple custom keychains, can I get combined shipping prices?

Whenever you place an order for multiple products, you may automatically get a combined shipping price. How it works: you will pay the full shipping cost for the most expensive item in your cart, while the rest of the items will be provided with shipping discounts. Discounts will be reflected in your shipping cart at checkout.

What do I do if my order is automatically returned due to a non-pickup or an incorrect shipping address?

Your item is always shipped to the address you provided during your Etsy or Paypal checkout. Please, make sure you double-check your shipping details before confirming the payment. In case you made a mistake and provided an incorrect address, let us know in a message to the seller. In case you fail to notify us beforehand, we bear no responsibility for the incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer. In case your package is returned due to a non-pickup or wrongful shipping details or we will be informed about any of these by the postal service, we will be able to re-ship your item, however, ALL THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY THE BUYER. What is your standard delivery time?

Our standard production time is 1-3 business days. Standard delivery time to the US is 8-25 business days. For other locations worldwide - 10-35 business days. We do our best to stick to these shipping estimates, but, they mostly depend on the postal service performance, so we cannot fully guarantee the accuracy of dates. In the holiday seasons shipping time can be 7-14 days longer. Once your shipment leaves Ukraine, it is hard to further track it due to the differences in the postal services of the countries. It might seem that your order is still stuck in Kyiv, but, it could be already on its way to you. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the order to arrive once shipped or when it is lost by the postal service.

Are there any shipping delays during Сhristamas/New Year seasons?

Due to the overloads in the customs, airports, and postal services around Christmas/New Year time, your delivery can be delayed for 7-14 days. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Standard delivery time fully depends on the performance of the postal services as well as weather conditions and other force majeure circumstances. Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Sure, however, if you want to cancel your paid order for no particular reason, you won’t be fully refunded. A certain percentage of the initial price will be charged to cover the payment services.

Men’s keychain made from wreckage of the shutdown missile is unique Ukraine war trophies.

On the night of May 9, 2023, Ukrainians woke up from the sound of sirens announcing an air raid alert. This night was the night of the fifth massive rocket attack on Ukraine. In the Kyiv region, the air defense forces of Ukraine managed to destroy 15 X-101 (X-555) missiles. Unfortunately, the fall of the deactivated missiles caused damage.
But still Ukrainians are a unique nation. We know how to fight and stand to the end. Each missile attack makes us understand that we are ready for anything to fight the enemy and his crimes. Everyone chooses their own path. We decided that we wanted to help the air defense forces of Kyiv in the fight against the invaders, so we created unique limited-edition key chains from the fragment of the X-101 missile that was shot down near Kiev on May 9, 2023. We are sure that such a keychain will become an excellent souvenir or part of your collection, like a military trophy.
By doing so we contribute to our victory: part of the proceeds from the sale of these keychains for men will be allocated to the Ukrainian volunteer foundations.

The number of key chains is very limited. Each Ukrainian keychain has its own number. In addition, on one side of the keychain there is an engraving “Wreckage of the X-101 missile that was shot down near Kyiv. May 9, 2023”.
