We use factories in Madagascar, Africa and India. Skilled lapidary artists cut and polish the stones. I have a personal relationship with my sources. Items are ethically sourced and created by workers paid a fair wage. The rough material is sourced from all over the World. See each listing for details.

Discounts are available to everyone, whenever applicable. Discounted items can be found in the Sale Section, whenever there's a sale.

These are caused by light reflection. I only describe an item this way if I see it myself. If you don't see it, try looking at the stone from different angles, in different lighting conditions.

If you have not received your package by the expected date, check the tracking number through usps.com. At every stop the package is scanned and tracked. If tracking stops or it shows as delivered, contact the post office that would have made delivery. They can check the GPS tracking and tell you exactly where the package was left or last scanned.

Once the package leaves my care, there's nothing I can do about delivery. The most important thing is to contact the post office right away. The longer you wait, the less likely you are to locate the package.

All orders ship in packing materials that can be recycled curbside. The tissue paper cannot be recycled in some areas, but it is compstable. Check with your recycling service. Packing paper can also be composted, tear it into strips or shred for best results.

We don't normally use coupon codes. You can find discounted items in the Sale section, whenever they're available.
