How long does it take to receive my order?

For digital downloads, excluding custom orders, you will receive access once your payment has cleared with Etsy. For orders requiring customization, please review the individual listing description for details on timeline.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of the products offered, no refund or exchange will be issued. PBD is happy to help you with any issues you may have with your order.

Do you accept requests for custom orders?

Yes, feel free to send a message to discuss your request.

What are your office hours?

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 2 PM EST (excluding Canadian holidays). Any messages or custom orders with be addressed the next business day.

How long do you keep customer design files?

In order to maintain storage limits, the original design source files (e.g. AI, PSD, INDD) for custom orders are deleted 90 days after digital delivery. Should you require any adjustments to your custom design after 90 days from delivery, you may be required to pay the full cost of the design.

How do I access my download?

You may access your new digital file(s) by clicking on the link found in the Etsy confirmation email. This is sent to the email address associated with your order. You can also find your files by going to "Purchases" within your Etsy account. It's important to note that digital downloads are only available through the Etsy website NOT the app. If you didn’t receive an email from Etsy and can’t access your Etsy account, send a message with a preferred email address, and the file can be sent over during office hours.

Can I resell your items? Do your products come with PLR, MMR, or a commercial use license?

All items are available for personal use and/or commercial marketing use for one small business. However, they do not come with a commercial use license for resale, which is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the items cannot be edited to create new products for sale or used for client work.
