Once your order is placed, we will create a digital artwork proof for you to review of your custom pendant design. Artwork proofs will be emailed within Etsy Convos. We will not begin creating the pendant until you are satisfied with the artwork and send approval. Artwork proofs will be sent within 4 business days (Monday–Friday) in Etsy Convos. If you do not receive your proof within 4 days, please reach out to ensure we have your correct contact information.

TITANIUM CHAIN OPTIONS
We offer two chain options: chain with a lobster clasp or an endless chain, which features a clasp-free design. Our endless chains are designed without a clasp, creating a continuous, unbroken loop of chain. This design allows the chain to easily slide over the head, eliminating the need for fastening and unfastening a clasp. Ideal for those who frequently wear and remove their necklace, the endless chain offers both convenience and added security, as there is no clasp to potentially open.

To ensure the proper fit, we recommend using a piece of string measured to the desired necklace length (e.g., 24 inches). Tie the string into a loop and simply check that the string comfortably passes over your head and the tip of your nose.
