We currently do not offer custom design services or add song names to covers. We print your files exactly as submitted. If needed, we may make small adjustments, such as cropping or resizing, to optimize the print. Please ensure your design is exactly how you want it to appear before uploading.

What is the process for making a vinyl record?

It's simple! Just follow these steps: - Add the products to your cart. - Make your payment. - Check your email within 24 hours—you’ll receive a link to a custom upload folder along with templates. - Create your record’s artwork (ensure images are in JPG or PNG format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi). - Download your songs (ensure they’re in MP3 or WAV format, with a playlist under 20 minutes per side). - Upload your files to the provided folder. - You’ll receive an email confirming that your files have been successfully received. - We’ll take Your custom vinyl record will be ready in 5 to 20 business days, depending on the season. What do you need to send us?

Need help creating your artwork or downloading your songs? Don’t worry! We provide easy-to-edit templates that require no design skills.

How do I send you the files?

You’ll receive a link to a custom upload folder via Etsy messages or email. And then what happens? We’ll handle everything from there!

Can I send a link to a streaming site for my songs?

Sorry, but we cannot accept streaming links (like Spotify or Apple Music). We don’t offer a service to purchase or download songs for you. To keep things simple, fast, and cost-effective, please download your songs in MP3 or WAV format and upload them using the provided link.

Do you offer custom design services for vinyl covers?

We don’t currently offer a design service, but we provide free, easy-to-use templates for your convenience. You can modify these templates to suit your vision and submit the final design through our online form to start the production process. Although we aren’t able to create designs from scratch at this time, we hope to offer this service in the future.

Can I get samples or proofs of the artwork before production?

Can I get samples or proofs of the artwork before production? Yes! If you design your artwork with our upload tool (included with your purchase), you can generate a mockup to preview how your record will look. This ensures you’ll see the final result before we start production.

What are the features of your vinyl records?

Our primary product is the 12-inch vinyl record, but we also offer 7-inch options. Here are the key features: Sizes: 7-inch and 12-inch records are available. Color: Black vinyl. Speed: 33 RPM. Songs Per Record:7-inch: Up to 2 songs per side (4 songs total). 12-inch: Up to 6 songs per side (12 songs total). Recording Time:7-inch: 7 minutes per side (14 minutes total). 12-inch: 20 minutes per side (40 minutes total). Thickness: 1.50 mm. Customization: Center labels and covers are customizable with your artwork. Records can include your mixtape or playlist.

So happy w/my purchase I definitely see myself ordering again in the future. I ordered a vinyl jacket only, no disc & it's exactly what I imagined it to be. I purchased the cardi b AITD tour exclusive vinyl which is a picture disc w/those horrible pvc sleeves so I knew before buying it at the concert that I was gonna order a custom jacket and i couldnt be happier w/the outcome. The process could not be easier. Seller was great at communicating & even provided a mock up w/my design for approval before proceeding w/production. Shipping was really fast as well it even arrived earlier than expected. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!
