What is the best paper to use for my Printables?

For best results, I highly recommend that you use good quality white paper, esp if you are printing yourself. Ideally a thick cardstock (200gsm minimum) with a Matte Finish

We offer 5 different scalable sizes in portrait and 2 in square - if the size you require isn't there and you are unsure of how to resize your print, just get in touch and we will help you achieve what you require.

You may use my images for personal use and for gift giving. You may also print them as many times as you like. However, under no circumstances may the image be used for resale purposes or commercial work. I run a licensing company called Liquid Images (www.liquidimages.co.uk) that regularly licenses imagery - If you are interested in using one of our prints commercially, please contact us by private message.

Custom and personalised orders

I am very happy to personalise anything in my shop (where applicable). There is no charge for this, unless the work is in-depth. Just ask. Once you approve your final proof I will create a Custom Listing for you which you can purchase.

How to I download my Files?

To access your Digital File(s), go to ETSY-> You > Purchases and Reviews https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases You can read all about digital files here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 If you are unsure about anything, please just get in touch

Can I get a refund on my Download?

Due to the nature of Digital Items, I am unable to offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges. Digital items are not tangible items that can not be sent back to me so please note that while purchasing. However, if there is a problem, please get in touch directly and I will be happy to help

Where can I print my Images?

There are a whole range of options! You can Print at home if you have a good printer - often this is a good idea if you are experimenting with what suits the space. Please note - the quality of your final artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and the quality the paper or card you chose. Please bear in mind though that colours may change slightly from your screen to the final print (Due to different monitor calibrations). In the US - there are stores such a Walgreens, Officeworks, Walmart or visit these websites: www.nationsphotolab.com www.snapfish.com/home www.Mpix.com www.shutterfly.com

Where can I frame my Images?

There are many different places to get your frames from. I would never rule out searching for asking your local framers. Often these are amazing quality and you get that personal service too. Prices can be varied. I can also recommend Ikea or Amazon or the following framing websites: simplyframed.com www.framebridge.com homegoods.com target.com

Do you sell Prints as well as Printables?

Yes I do! Most Printable designs can be purchased as a print. All Prints can be found at the bottom folder of the main site 'PRINTED and SHIPPED'. Here: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/BlackandBloomStudio?ref=seller-platform-mcnav&section_id=27 All Prints are Shipped for FREE There are 5 sizes available: 8 x 10 Inches 12 x 16 Inches 16 x 20 Inches 18 x 24 Inches 24 x 36 Inches 21 x 30 cm / A4 50 x 70 cm 70 x 100 cm We use an external company to send the prints and they are superb. Prints will be ready to ship between 1-2 weeks - however, prints are often sent much sooner than that. Your prints will be shipped 'with a tracking number' to your Etsy address (so please make sure it's correct) and will arrive protected and rolled up in a tube.

Do you offer Framing?

Yes! We can now offer Framing on all our Prints. For all the Portrait and Landscape Prints - we offer the following sizes: 16 x 20 Inches 18 x 24 Inches 24 x 36 Inches For all the Square format Prints - we offer: 18 x 18 Inches All framed prints are created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines, and presented with a satin finish. We also use Plexi-glass (much safer than glass). Please get in touch if you have any questions at all!
