What happens if my item goes missing in the post?

I obtain proof of postage for all my items. If your item goes missing in the post, I will either replace your item or issue a refund. The processing time for the replacement item or refund, whichever you choose, will be in line with Royal Mail's Missing Items Policy. For UK customers, the replacement item or refund will be processed 10 working days after the due delivery date and for international customers, the replacement item or refund will be processed 25 working days after the due delivery date. If the item you are purchasing is required by a certain date or is of a high value, I advise selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

All my items are made to order and my processing time is 1-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time will be: United Kingdom: 1-3 business days USA / Canada: 5-7 business days Australia / New Zealand: 5-7 business days Europe: 3-5 business days I will do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Lovely item, although the front cover does have a shiny covering which wasn't clear from the pictures supplied so wasn't expecting this. However the item is lovely and will be a lovely gift . Great communication from seller and was extremely helpful. Would recommend. Thanks
