We generally do not encourage any returns as we try to give as many details as possible for each item. But if the customer still wants to return the item, the product has to be shipped in its original condition and the buyer has to pay for the return shipping. Items should be shipped back within 2 business days of receiving the item. Beyond this, no returns will be accepted. There will be a 48% restocking fee on the value of items returned. If the customer paid for shipping, that won't be refunded. Once we receive the item, the refund will be initiated with the value of the returned item less the restocking fee.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do offer gift wrapping option. To make it special for your loved one, choose this option while checkout and we will make it special on your behalf. It costs $3 for this service.

Do you accept exchange?

For any reason in case of cancellation, we cancel orders between 7 - 15 days from the date both parties have agreed to cancel the order. Please make purchases wisely!! For example, If we agreed to cancel the transaction on Dec 2, the cancellation process from our side will begin on any date between Dec 9 -16. Please do not follow up before. In the event a specific size or color is unavailable, we may reach out to offer a similar alternative. We will never ship a substitute without your explicit approval. If we don't hear back within [3] days, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to ensure you aren't waiting indefinitely.

Please leave a note in the order about the need-by date. If orders are needed in the same week, please buy priority shipping. Unless you buy priority shipping orders don't ship in the same week. Your satisfaction is my priority. If there is any delay in processing your order (such as sourcing a specific size), I will provide a status update every [48-72] hours until your order ships or a resolution is reached

We strive for 100% accuracy, but as a small shop, some items may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If an item or specific size is out of stock, we will notify you within [3-4] business days to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Very disappointed with customer service, didn't get any updates on order; after waiting for 2 and half weeks of seller messages saying they couldn't find the size and i can pick a different one.
