Please double check your Ship To address on your order form as that is what etsy uses to generate the shipping label. It is the buyer's full responsibility to provide a complete and accurate Ship To address and I am not responsible for postal delivery or failure to deliver under any circumstances. If an item is returned to me as undeliverable, you will need to pay additional postage for the item to be resent. If an item is marked delivered but you still don't have it, it is imperative that you contact your local carrier and post office.

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. Do not return items to me unauthorized.

Rush Orders usually get stamped that night and in the mail by the next business day. There are no refunds on any Rush Order fees, charges, or postage.

All non-rush orders go in the queue and I usually do not read the orders until it is time to stamp them. If you have any custom orders or special requests, contact me first to see if I can accommodate your wishes. Leaving special requests or demands in the Notes to Seller without contacting me first may cause a delay or a cancellation of your order or at the least create an expectation on your part that I may not be able to fulfill. General jewelry care is to clean with a proper jewelry cloth and cleaner designed for your specific materials. Do not sleep in or get your jewelry wet or spray it with hairspray or lotion, etc.

Various Add Ons are available in the Add On Ala Carte section of my shop so make sure to pay for them or I cannot add them and this includes specifying second, middle, or last names when the listing is designed for a one word name. Please pay for the extras you would like.

I generally use the font that is shown in the listing. If you'd prefer a different font, let me know.

Hand stamping is an art not a science. Not all of the letters will line up perfectly or be stamped evenly. This is part of the charm of your handmade item, not a defect.

The discs and charms are made of metal and may have scratches or other marks on them even when they are brand new. This is normal and should not be considered a defect. They will further scratch and patina as they are worn and this is to be expected. See above for Jewelry Care.

I will generally stamp your item either exactly how you type it to me or with proper upper/lower case unless you specifically request otherwise. I may have to use a different font at times depending upon word length. Initials are generally stamped in uppercase.

Discs: I generally use discs which are 18 gauge and 14 gauge (14 gauge is thicker than 18 gauge). Most discs are aluminum and will have a brushed finish to them. I also use brass and copper, generally 18 gauge.

Charms: Most of the charms are tibetan silver with a few pewter.

Chains: I use a variety of chains and the appropriate chain will be listed in the item description. You always have your choice of chains even if it doesn't say that in the description so let me know if you'd prefer a different chain than what is pictured with the listing. The chains are considered complimentary to the item.

I can make almost any item into either a necklace, bracelet, or keychain, so let me know if you'd prefer a particular style. Otherwise, I will make it in the style that is pictured in the listing that you ordered.

Keep away from them and pets, too.
