About weaving and table

We use solid wood, cattail and rattan as raw materials. Because they are all handmade, there will inevitably be slight burrs on the outside of the rattan basket, but it will not affect the use. The table is made of solid wood, which is exquisite and practical. In life, you need a foldable table that does not take up space. If you have any problems in use, you can come to me and I will guide you to use the table. If there is a serious problem with the product you received, please contact us and I will solve it for you.

When will the order be shipped? I will ship within 3-5 business days after you place the order (unless otherwise stated in our store announcement). It may take longer during holidays. If there are special circumstances, I will communicate with you in advance. When can I receive the order? This depends on the delivery method you choose. General express shipping time usually takes 7~15 days, and upgraded shipping takes 3~8 days. Please add the item processing time to these days. Please note that during the holidays or if there are any weather-related issues, it may take longer. I will always provide tracking information so that you can check the status on the same Etsy page.

What is the shipping policy? All orders are shipped via 4PX Worldwide Express and come with tracking information. **Please make sure the address you leave at checkout is complete and correct, because this is the address I will ship your order to. I am not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to your mistake. **I cannot "guarantee" that the package will arrive on time during the delivery time, because there will be weather reasons and other special circumstances. Generally, orders will arrive 7~15 days after shipment.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost in transit. Please understand that we have no control over the 4PX Worldwide Express service. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please let me know before placing the order so that I can add it. If you are looking for a different color table or other product and cannot find it in our store, please leave me a message as most of the time I can provide more colors and products. Do you have discounts? Please check our store announcements for the latest offers and discounts. They change all the time. If you need to know the specifics, you can contact me.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations? Please check our store announcement for refund policy (special instructions are provided in our store announcement)
