My plants are dead or dying!

Our plants are shipped healthy but sometimes, shipping can be hard on young plants, causing them to die or do poorly on arrival. Proper care, sunshine, and water will go a long way in helping their recovery. In addition, we will refund or replace any plants within one-month of purchase that don’t survive shipping or transplant.

We do our best to ensure bug-free plants and we will refund or replace any plants arriving with bugs! In addition, to remove bugs safely and naturally, we recommend insecticidal soaps or horticultural oil to spray on plants in the late evening or early morning. Doing so will increase the time it sits on the leaves and prevents burning, killing bugs in the process.

I received the wrong plant!

This is clearly an error from our shipping team and we apologize for the issue. Please keep or give away those plants and reach out! We will refund or re-ship the correct plants to your home. We want you to enjoy what you ordered.

My plants never arrived!

While we do our best to ensure healthy plants, we do not control shipping carriers. Please wait 24 hours to see if they arrive. If they don’t appear or arrive dead or damaged, please reach out and we will work out a solution, whether it regards a refund or re-shipping missing plants!

My plants are too small!

We sell young starter plants and strive to clearly label them as such. They should soon begin to thrive with proper care. If you find anything in our shop to be unclear, please let us know! We always enjoy the opportunity to improve our services.

We ship nationwide in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. All orders for these locations will unfortunately be cancelled and refunded. If you have any questions, please reach out!
