These 0.75-inch-thick wood tops are ideal for end tables, side tables, sofa tables, bedside tables, plant stands, compact accent tables, furniture restoration, and custom DIY bases. The thinner construction keeps the finished table visually balanced and easier to handle while still providing the warmth, durability, and natural character of genuine hardwood.

Each tabletop is built one at a time in our Forest Lake, Minnesota workshop using solid American hardwood. Choose from black walnut, white oak, cherry, or ambrosia maple in three versatile rectangular sizes.

SLIM 0.75-INCH CONSTRUCTION

Each tabletop is approximately 0.75 inch thick, creating a lighter and more streamlined appearance than a traditional thick furniture top.

This profile works particularly well with smaller bases and compact furniture, where a 1.25-inch or thicker top may look visually heavy or oversized.

The thinner construction also makes the tabletop easier to lift, position, and mount while maintaining the quality and character of genuine solid wood.

SOFT ROUNDED EDGE PROFILE

The top and bottom edges receive a 0.25-inch roundover, leaving a narrow flat section through the center of the edge.

This creates a smooth, softened profile that:

CHOOSE YOUR HARDWOOD
BLACK WALNUT

Rich brown coloring with darker grain movement and natural variation. Walnut offers a timeless, high-end appearance and works beautifully with wood, metal, and pedestal-style bases.

WHITE OAK

Light golden-tan coloring with distinctive open grain. White oak is an excellent choice for Scandinavian, modern, coastal, farmhouse, Japandi, and neutral interiors.

CHERRY

Warm reddish-brown coloring that naturally deepens and develops richer character over time. Cherry pairs well with both traditional and contemporary furniture.

AMBROSIA MAPLE

Light cream and tan coloring with distinctive streaks, mineral markings, and natural character created by the ambrosia beetle. Every ambrosia maple top has a unique organic pattern.

Because these tops are made from genuine hardwood, each piece will have its own grain, color variation, mineral markings, knots, and natural character. Your finished tabletop will not be identical to the example photographs.

FINISHED AND READY TO USE

Each tabletop is carefully:

Joined from solid hardwood boards
Cut to its finished rectangular dimensions
Sanded smooth
Shaped with a soft rounded edge
Hand finished
Sealed for everyday indoor use

We finish our hardwood products with a natural hardwax oil that highlights the grain while providing a smooth, durable, low-sheen surface.

No stain is used. The color shown comes naturally from the selected wood species and finishing oil.

HANDMADE IN MINNESOTA

Every tabletop is built and finished one at a time in our family workshop in Forest Lake, Minnesota.

We work with real hardwood rather than veneer, particleboard, MDF, laminate, or printed wood surfaces. Small differences in color, grain, and natural character are part of what makes every piece unique.

IMPORTANT ORDERING NOTES
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly because each tabletop is handmade.
Wood movement is natural and may cause minor dimensional changes as humidity changes.
Grain pattern, color, knots, mineral streaks, and other natural characteristics will vary.
The underside is left flat and without mounting holes unless a separate arrangement is made before ordering.
Indoor use is recommended.
Bases and decorative items shown in photographs are for inspiration only and are not included.
Please measure your base and installation area carefully before selecting a tabletop size.
Confirm that your mounting system allows for the natural expansion and contraction of solid wood.
