• Data does not sync between devices. Move the backup file to move your data
• Clearing your browser's site data erases records unless you have backed up

What it does NOT do: draw floor plans or room layouts, measure from photos or blueprints, read moisture meters (you type the readings), include a product catalog or manufacturer prices, process card payments, send text reminders, track GPS, or let two people edit at the same time. The waste, box and labor-hour figures are yours to set; it does not replace a manufacturer's installation instructions. If you need those things, you need a subscription. I would rather tell you now than after you have bought.

It organizes your records. It is not a substitute for your accountant, your contractor license, lead-safe (EPA RRP) or building-code requirements where you work.
