Right of Withdrawal and Shop-Wide Terms and Conditions

TidySheetStudio sells digital spreadsheet templates. No physical product will be shipped. EU and UK buyers may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

Because our products are digital content delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the digital file has been downloaded, opened, accessed, or delivered, where permitted by applicable law.

By purchasing a digital product from TidySheetStudio and accessing the download or Google Sheets template link, you agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

If you believe you are legally entitled to withdraw from your purchase, please contact TidySheetStudio through Etsy messages within 14 days of purchase.

Digital Product Terms

All products sold by TidySheetStudio are digital templates for personal use only.

You may:
- use the template for your own personal organization
- make a private copy for your own use
- edit your personal copy of the spreadsheet

You may not:
- resell the template
- redistribute the template
- share the original download link
- share the Google Sheets template link publicly
- claim the template as your own
- use the template to create a competing product

Access and Compatibility

Our products are designed for Google Sheets unless otherwise stated in the listing. You will need a free Google account to open and use the template. Some products may also include a PDF guide or instruction file.

TidySheetStudio is not responsible for issues caused by changes to Google Sheets, user edits, device limitations, browser settings, or third-party software.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are generally not accepted once the file has been downloaded, opened, accessed, or delivered.

However, if you have trouble accessing your file or believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us through Etsy messages and we will do our best to help.
