QUANTITY AND SHIPPING
We have a wide selection of colors available for immediate shipping. However, if you require colors that are not listed, please don't hesitate to ask, as we may have them available in other listings. While we cannot control the delivery speed of the USPS, we can assist you in determining if upgrading to priority shipping is necessary to meet your deadline. Please note that Express shipping is the only shipping option that guarantees delivery and comes with a money-back guarantee.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
• Exchanges for color or size are accepted … please contact us within THREE days first and we will do our best to work out an exchange.
• FORCED (no contact) returns will not be accepted.
• A tracking number must be provided to us POSTMARKED within SEVEN days of receipt of package.
• Tutus will not be accepted for return that are washed, worn or sprayed with Febreze.
• Tutu must be returned in its cello wrapping to protect the tulle.
• Refund (for cost of tutu only) will be processed after item is received and deemed in original shape.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it is our error.
• If you received free shipping with a $35+ order, the original shipping fee for your item(s) returned will be deducted from the refund amount.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Your tutu has been packaged in a cello wrapper to keep it safe and eliminate most wrinkles. However, dark dyes may sometimes have a slight odor to them from being sealed. Simply hang out for a few hours and any smell will normally dissipate.
• If the tutu needs fluffing, simply comb your fingers through the tulle from the waist down to the hem of the tutu. By doing so you will remove all twisting or crumpling and lessen static cling. Hang up.
• If it is wrinkled still, use steam from a hot shower or a clothing steamer to remove wrinkles. You can also use an iron on low steam with a CLOTH BETWEEN the iron and the tulle.
• Cleaning … Spot clean only! Use soak and water, rinse, straighten out and hang up to dry. Never put tutu in washing machine or dryer. If the whole tutu is dirty, hand wash only in a sink of warm water. Lay out to dry.
• Static cling can happen with tulle. Two possible methods for removing clinging: 1) mist with lukewarm water … not soaked or 2) wipe with a fabric softener sheet.

OUR PROCESS
• Bulk tulle is bought from various suppliers including USA, China and Vietnam. We buy tulle in bulk already attached to satin to save the customer money.
• Our tulle is bought in large precut sections, and we sew according to waist measurements and lengths requested. This makes it possible for us to create just about any size you need.
• We package our tutus carefully in cello to help eliminate wrinkles. Tutus are NEVER sent in vacuum packed cello sleeves from a third party.
• Occasionally there may be a slight dye smell just from shipping time sitting in USPS trucks, etc. but setting out to air the tutu will dissipate the smell quickly.
