Iron-on patch will come with easy application instructions.
The back of the patch has a special adhesive that affixes the patch to the clothing as it is ironed on.

Fray block is used on all our patch edges to help prevent fraying.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

USA ORDERS ONLY:
1. Standard Shipping: USPS FIRST CLASS. No insurance unless request at additional cost.
2. Upgraded Shipping: USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Includes insurance and tracking plus the average post office turn-around time is
2-3 days.

***PLEASE NOTE***
1. Current production turn around times remain the same, even when upgraded shipping is purchased. Upgraded shipping ONLY applies to USPS turnaround time, and is not reflective of the time it takes me to fulfill your order.

2. I don't work for THE POST OFFICE and have no control over their turnaround time. Priority Shipping usually takes 2-3 days after I create and ship the item.

3. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the package leaves my shop. The best way to protect yourself is choose USPS PRIORITY MAIL which provides insurance and tracking.

4. If your package is lost or damaged your issue is with the POSTAL SERVICE - NOT ME. I appreciate it if you remember this before leaving reviews. I AM responsible for MY SERVICE. The POSTAL SERVICE is responsible for THEIR SERVICE. Please don't hold me responsible for what they do or fail to do. I have yet to have a product that was lost or damaged but just in case--please note this.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

1. SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS: If you're charged more than $5 USD over the actual cost of shipping you will be refunded the difference.

2. DELIVERY can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks normally and this time frame is completely out of my control. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

3. USPS INTERNATIONAL Shipping is what I use to ship.

4. TRACKING - There's no way of tracking international packages once they leave US territory.

5. CUSTOMS FEES-Import duties, taxes and other fees are not included in my shipping prices and are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are usually collected when you either pick up your package or when it's delivered to you. For legal reasons, we will NOT mark packages as "gifts" to avoid fees.

6. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

7. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

8. If your package is lost or damaged your issue is with the POSTAL SERVICE - NOT ME. I appreciate it if you remember this before leaving reviews. I AM responsible for MY SERVICE. The POSTAL SERVICE is responsible for THEIR SERVICE.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

1. I do offer refunds if it is returned WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
2. Customer bears shipping charges both ways.

1. ALL sales are final unless there is a defect in my workmanship and then I will certainly replace the item at no cost to you.
2. If there is an error you need to notify me the day your order arrives. I try to be fair and hope you will be too.

MORE DETAILED INFO ABOUT PURCHASES:
1. Descriptions, specifications, photos and policies are listed in my shop so you know exactly what you're ordering.
2. Computer screens vary so there may be some variance in images from computer to computer.
3. The nature and beauty of handmade means there may be a slight difference from item to item. No two will be identical.
4. Each item is handmade by me. This take a lot of time, money and effort to do what I do. I want you to be very happy.

*I CANNOT REPLACE WHAT THE POST OFFICE LOSES OR DAMAGES. Please don't hold me responsible for them. I do not work for nor am I associated with the US Postal Service or any other postal service.

If you are concerned about item being lost in shipping please upgrade shipping to include insurance if it doesn't. That way you will not be out the money spent on the order in the event the post office does lose it.

Once I have created and shipped an order I have earned the money I have been paid and it would be unfair to expect me to pay for the post office's mistake. I would suggest upgrading shipping to include insurance if this is a concern you have.
