To maximize re-use (2-3 times), we recommend hand washing only, as these flutes are not dishwasher safe. Please note, we do not sell individual flutes; the smallest available quantity is a pack of 10.

DELIVERY
Postage to the UK is via Evri’s next day service, which is dispatched the same day for delivery the following day (including weekends) if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday, and 10am Saturday. Unfortunately we do not currently dispatch on Sundays.
International delivery is via UPS and usually takes 3-7 business days. Delivery to Europe is sent delivery and duties paid, so there will be no additional duties to pay upon arrival if the order is less than 150 euros excluding postage fees. This does not apply to business orders. If you are delivering to a business, UPS will communicate via email to gain your EORI number, without this the order will not be cleared through customs.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to you so long as the item is in brand new condition. If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Our order system is fully automated so we will do our absolute best to accommodate the cancellation request before it has been dispatched.
If your order has arrived damaged, faulty or you have received something in error, please contact us and we will rectify immediately.
