- If you live in the FREMONT, NEBRASKA area, local pickup is available at our home.
We will email you with pick up info once your order is ready, and issue a full shipping refund once your order is picked up.

- Our signs are made with only the highest quality materials. We use a sturdy 1/2" Rough Cut, shiplap style
plywood, and maple plywood
- Backside and edges of sign are unfinished. A wire hanger is attached with staples to the backside of the sign.
- Wording/Design is Laser cut 1/4" maple plywood.
- Hand Painted with a high quality, exterior grade latex enamel paint, then sanded for a rustic/distressed look. Paint will NOT fade in the Sun.
- Assembled using exterior grade wood glue & nails.
- In order to keep our costs down, and to be environmentally conscious, we do not top coat this
sign with a sealant. You can always give it a coat polyurethane if you choose
- This sign is intended to be displayed indoors, Front/Back Door, or *Covered* Porch, away from
the elements.
- Our items are lovingly handcrafted, and built to last for YEARS to come!

- All items are handmade, so there may be -slight- differences in the picture vs the item you receive. There may also be -slight- imperfections or inconsistencies in the wood, this adds to the charm of buying a handcrafted item. We work hard to bring you a top quality, well made product!
