This retro mold is from the 60's and was given to me by my grandmother when she was 93. I have a bunch of little molds and I love to make them.

It's fun to put the small pals in unexpected places around the house. Or tuck one into a gift as an extra treat.

Dimensions
Bigger Turtle: 1" tall x 2" wide and 3" long
Small Turtle: 3/4" tall x 1.5" wide and 2" long
Bigger Frog: 1.5" tall x 2.5" wide and 2.5" long
Small Frog: 3/4" tall x 1.5" wide and 1" long

~ All items are handmade and dimensions reflect some variation.

Technical notes:
~ All ceramics are made using slip cast molds. The majority are from the 1960's.
~ Ceramics are glazed on the bottom but do have small marks from required stilts in the kiln process.
~ Pottery items must sit directly on a kiln shelf and are not glazed on the bottom.
~ Multiple glazes are used in our creations. We use only food safe glazes unless otherwise noted.
~ Items are made from either low fire (cone 05) clays or mid range (cone 5) clays.
