Ok, a little about me. I love colors and textures. So I love many different types of stones, in different shapes and sizes. I love to work with silver but copper lends a softness to certain designs. I love tools and hammering things and I love to play with fire. I love vintage jewelry, taking it apart and breathing new life into is something I've just recently started playing with.
In the 10 years I've been making jewelry, I have taken a variety of different classes in jewelry making. I've taken metal smithing classes, a soldering class with Mikki Lippi, a class in silver etching with Sherri Haab and a Kumihimo class with Sheilah Cleary. All these women have made a place for themselves in the jewelry artist world. I have been blessed to have met and learned from these wonderful and talented women.
I now live in Florida and I've taught viking knit, fine silver fusing and basic metals classes at a local shop. I am in my happy place when I am creating one-of-a-kind pieces of jewlery and I am happy to be able to share my creations with others on Etsy.
