I have have always been trying to find an artistic outlet for as long as I can remember. I decided that outlet would be fashion . I went to school for fashion design and graduated with honors from the Winchester school of art in England.from there I moved on to work for top British designer where we made fashion show pieces in the studio. my favorite part was doing the embellishments.I could lose myself for hours beading on the dresses we were working on.
when I moved to America I started teaching myself how to make bead embroidered jewelry pieces and I started a blog which showcased them . I had no intention of selling them but I got request from people who were actually interested in purchasing them. etsy was the easiest way for me to sell my customers who were enquiring about my pieces on my blog and that's how I opened my etsy shop.
I started working and I was too busy to keep up with the blog ,but i never stopped creating. From the bead embroidered pieces , I moved on to more intricate beading and I dabbled in every medium from metal to resin.
I have a love for finding new charms and gemstones and putting them together so , I have been collecting things over the years and this past year ,After getting an enquiry through my blog for a custom piece , I got inspired to really give my shop a go. so I went through all of my pieces , I attended bead shows and really went out and started creating .
I am inspired by the materials that I have and i let them guide me in what I should make and I try to have something for every taste.
I hope you take a look around my shop and find something you like.
