We are Robin & Brannon Carter – college sweethearts who never do things like “normal” people do – and we like that about ourselves. Married in 1998, we are always seeking the next great adventure. From backpacking across northern Spain to flipping houses, we simply enjoy the journey that is life. We are science teachers by trade and education, but are undoubtably life-long learners by necessity.

There are a few things about us that are unwavering: our love of the South, our furbabies, each other, and our Creator.

Over the years, we have discovered that, like many of you, we are addicted to technology and yet still find ourselves longing for real relationships with others. With us both working and teaching online, we began to crave a career that would allow us to work together and truly own what we create.

We have always been inspired by the authenticity and craftsmanship of hand made goods and the artisans who create them, so we set out to learn the art of letterpress. Letterpress struck a cord with us because of both the tangible aspect of making something by hand and the ability to infuse digital design with antique equipment and processes.

Robin was brought up right – she is a note writer. She even writes thank you notes to her own mother for her Christmas gifts. Brannon, on the other hand, had never written one unless forced to do so (he’s still learning…). With both perspectives, we teach others the art of the handwritten note all while creating some awesome cards that we lovingly share with you.

We make cards that make us smile. Our cards are limited edition, environmentally conscious original creations. From idea to design to the mixing of ink and hand feeding the paper on the antique press, we enjoy the experience of creating letterpress cards. Our goal is to teach you how the lost art of writing notes to friends and family can bring you joy as well…
