I cook with North American or European made and sourced cast iron pans and enameled cast iron pans. I do not use plastic in the kitchen, at all. I use wooden and stainless steel North American made utensils.
Everything I use to make my products I have researched closely. I use all North American Sourced Hardwoods. If glue is used, I only FDA approved for food contact glue. I only use Organic Coconut oil, Organic Walnut oil, and Canadian locally sourced Beeswax as finishing coatings. I NEVER use mineral oil which is a Petroleum based oil and the main ingredient in the majority of cutting board oils.
