What started as a curiosity in my college dorm room over 12 years ago has grown into something I never imagined.
My journey with 3D printing began when I built my very first printer completely from scratch. Along the way, I taught myself CAD design, spending countless hours learning how to turn ideas into real, functional objects. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion.
That passion followed me through graduate school, where 3D printing became more than just a creative outlet. I used it to support scientific research and even contributed to published scientific literature using custom-designed 3D printed tools and components. It showed me that 3D printing wasn’t just about making things, it was about solving problems.
As my career grew, so did my printers. I brought them with me from job to job, constantly designing and printing practical solutions, custom organizers, gifts, and unique creations for friends, family, and coworkers. Before long, the requests started pouring in: “Can you make one for me?”
I’ve also been a lifelong Pokémon fan and collector. From opening packs as a kid to building my own collection over the years, Pokémon has always been one of my favorite hobbies. As I looked for better ways to display and enjoy my own cards, I realized there weren’t many unique, high-quality options available. That inspired me to start designing my own display stands and accessories, and those Pokémon creations became the foundation of this Etsy shop.
Today, what started with one handmade printer has grown into a workshop powered by a fleet of 3D printers. Every product is designed with the same attention to detail and excitement that first got me hooked years ago. Whether it’s a display for your favorite trading card, a practical solution for everyday life, or something completely unique, every design is created with quality, creativity, and durability in mind.
