I've been making one-of-a-kind beaded jewelry for about 10 years. I started making jewelry because I was inspired by the unique and beautiful pieces that I bought from other artists. I sold on Ebay and a few other small auction sites. Ebay became very expensive to sell on so I stopped creating for a while. Then I discovered Etsy. It is a great community and I am a buyer as well as a seller.
All of my items are one-of-a-kind. I make similar items but I usually don't make the same item twice. I don't have one particular style, I just let the creative juices flow! I like doing that because it allows me to create unique and different items for you! A lot of my pieces are made with genuine semi-precious gems stones, yet I try to keep my prices reasonable. A lot of the charms in my items are Tierra Cast, which is finely cast, lead-free pewter with a silver or brass finish. I only use high-quality crafted charms. Tierra Cast is a nice alternative to sterling, which allows me to keep my prices low. I do use .925 sterling or gold vermeil at times. Materials are always listed with each item description. I have recently started to make altered art picture charms and pendants. They are really fun and a nice way to create unique items.
I also sell some jewelry making supplies, such as cabs, pendants or beads. These items are from my personal stock which I no longer need.
