I didn't get my order as stated

I never received the item and I was billed for it before it even supposedly shipped. Looks like I got scammed again. I thought Etsy was better than this!

I order x 2 books and they never arrived.. Scammed... I will now report your business

Item says delivered but not received. Postal person says the address does NOT match my address. Also states that this Bible is only 2 oz. What Bible is 2 oz.? I just want my money back.!!!!!

I still haven’t received my items and there has been no response from the seller!!!

Was notified item was delivered but was not, post office investigated tracking number, they said this was common scam involving a duplicate tracking #. Have contacted seller who claims to get me the item however investigating previous reviews on same item leaves me skeptical.

Was suppose to deliver May 5-8. Never received and today is 10 May. Everything says it was delivered but it wasn’t.

I never received my item and after several weeks of waiting for it to arrive the shop owner refused to issue me a refund or provide a real explanation on why my package hadn’t arrived. Instead of addressing my concerns the owner just repeatedly told me to “be patient.” However, my package never arrived and I still have not received a refund. This shop has horrible customer service and I was scammed into purchasing a book that never arrived. Do not purchase anything from this shop.
