Durante mi capacitación de enfermera practicante, noté que había toneladas de recursos digitales y botín para RN y MD, ¡pero mucho menos amor por nosotros PA, NP y otros APRN! Terminé diseñando muchos recursos y herramientas para mí a lo largo de mi capacitación porque no encontré nada que se adaptara a mi capacitación y flujos de trabajo del todo bien. Ahora estoy compartiendo esos recursos con otros proveedores de práctica avanzada, tanto en la capacitación como en la práctica.

Espero que esta tienda pueda ayudar a otros a optimizar sus flujos de trabajo para la didáctica y las rotaciones clínicas, y capacitar a otras APPs para llevar su aprendizaje y atención al paciente al siguiente nivel.

During my nurse practitioner training, I noticed that there were tons of digital resources and swag out there for RNs and MDs, but a lot less love for us PAs, NPs, and other APRNs! I ended up designing a lot of resources and tools for myself throughout my training because I didn't find anything that suited my training and workflows quite right. Now I'm sharing those resources with other advanced practice providers, both in training and in practice.

I hope this shop can help others streamline their workflows for didactics and clinical rotations, and empower other APPs to take their learning and patient care to the next level.
