Pasé años creando sitios web e identidades de marca para negocios ajenos. En algún momento, me di cuenta de lo mismo una y otra vez: los artistas y creadores con los que trabajaba eran brillantes en la creación, pero completamente incompetentes en el aspecto comercial.
Calculaban los precios a ojo. Cobraban comisiones con un apretón de manos. Llevaban el registro de las ventas en una libreta, o directamente no lo hacían. No por descuido, sino porque nadie te da un sistema cuando decides vender tu trabajo, y crearlo desde cero es un segundo trabajo a tiempo completo.
Así que, en lugar de eso, empecé a construir los sistemas.
Adaptive Media Productions es mi estudio. Soy Kristy, diseñadora con experiencia en diseño gráfico, branding, edición de libros y fotografía, y creo las herramientas prácticas que me hubiera gustado tener. Calculadoras de precios que tienen en cuenta tus materiales, tus horas de trabajo y tu beneficio real. Planificadores de negocios que controlan el inventario y las comisiones sin necesidad de ser un experto en hojas de cálculo. Contratos que puedes enviar sin preocuparte de si te has cubierto las espaldas. Y plantillas imprimibles para esos momentos cotidianos que necesitan un poco más de orden: la casa, la llegada del bebé, la mudanza, la boda.
Todo lo que ves aquí está diseñado internamente, probado antes de su publicación y creado para ser realmente útil; no es un PDF bonito que se queda para siempre en tu carpeta de descargas. Si algún archivo te da problemas, escríbeme. Te responderé y lo solucionaré.
CÓMO FUNCIONAN MIS ARCHIVOS
Cada archivo se descarga al instante. Lo compras, lo obtienes de inmediato y puedes usarlo para siempre: sin suscripción, sin fecha de caducidad, sin necesidad de mantener una cuenta. Las hojas de cálculo se abren en Microsoft Excel o en Google Sheets (gratuito). Los archivos imprimibles están disponibles en tamaño Carta (EE. UU.) y A4, para que se impriman correctamente dondequiera que estés.

I spent years building websites and brand identities for other people's businesses. Somewhere in there I noticed the same thing over and over: the artists and makers I worked with were brilliant at the making and completely underwater on the business.
They were guessing at prices. Taking commissions on a handshake. Tracking sales in a notebook, or not at all. Not because they were careless — because nobody hands you a system when you decide to sell your work, and building one from scratch is a second full-time job.
So I started building the systems instead.
Adaptive Media Productions is my studio. I'm Kristy — a designer with a background in graphic design, branding, book publishing, and photography, and I make the practical tools I wish somebody had handed me. Pricing calculators that account for your materials, your hours, and an actual profit. Business planners that track inventory and commissions without needing a spreadsheet degree. Contracts you can send without wondering whether you've covered yourself. And printables for the parts of ordinary life that need a little more order — the household, the new baby, the move, the wedding.
Everything here is designed in-house, tested before it goes up, and built to be genuinely usable — not a pretty PDF that sits in your downloads folder forever. If a file gives you trouble, message me. I answer, and I fix it.

Every listing is an instant download. You buy it, you get it immediately, and it's yours to use forever — no subscription, no expiry, no account to maintain. Spreadsheets open in Microsoft Excel or in free Google Sheets. Printables come in both US Letter and A4, so they print correctly wherever you are.
