My Journey as an Artist
Ever since I was little, I remember loving art. I was lucky to have my teachers and parents support my passion as it helped nurture who I am today and what I love to do. I was never really interested in any other subjects, but every art class I had was special. All my art teachers were so kind and recognized I had a talent. They encouraged me to keep pushing myself if it was something I really wanted to do, and I quickly learned it was. I put my focus on creating and excelling all through my AP Art Studio classes, which helped me prepare for studying illustration in college. Being able to create my own narratives and my own worlds on paper however I wanted really motivated me to becoming a better artist.
On my journey, I've learned so many different mediums and had many amazing opportunities to learn and experience new art and artists. Whether it was going to artists talks at school, participating in my senior portfolio show, or learning from my professors in class and one-on-one, I've been very fortunate to have these opportunities to help me grow as an artist.
As I've had such opportunities in studying art, I also want to share with others the skills I've learned. I want to create illustrations and commissions for others that appreciate art like I do. So thank you for taking some time to look at my shop and I hope you find what you're looking for!
