Every item from Angels Chest is handmade and crocheted to order by me, unless otherwise stated in title of the item as "ready to ship". Production time may vary, please check the SHIPPING & POLICIES tab for accurate processing times. If you need an item promptly, please contact us so that we can make arrangements.

***All patterns are available for instant download, except for the design discount packages these will be emailed out as a downloadable PDF file to the email provided through Etsy within 24 hours of payment.

I always try and email them out just as soon as I receive the order, however If you don't receive your pattern within the time allowed, please contact me and I will resend them right away.

If you are interested in an item but would prefer a different color, size or embellishment (if applicable), feel free to contact us and let us create a custom design for you. I am frequently updating my shop with new patterns so make sure to visit often!
